Yummy Raw Date Cherry Bars

1 cup almonds
1 cup walnuts
1 cup oatmeal
2 cups dried cherries
2 cups chopped dates

For smaller food processors, it is better to work in two batches. Put nuts and oatmeal in food processor and pulse until nuts are finely chopped. Add dates and cherries and pulse until mixture is uniform. Press mixture into 13×9 pan and cut into bars.

Enjoy!

DID YOU KNOW?

Kay was very helpful with setting up the event. I had many options on the topic and they were very flexible with the date and time.

You all rock! I just want to say that you all are the buzz this afternoon around my office. I have had so many questions I have answered or tried my best to so THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
I was surprised by how much sugar is in our processed food and beverages. I will be reading more food labels looking for sugars and bad fat and chemicals.
After hosting 24 CPC BNG events, we were a little nervous bringing in a “body” speaker to address our business folks, as most of our speakers have focused on “head and/or heart” topics in the past. And so much disease comes from what we put in our mouths and lifestyle habits. As we know, obesity, diabetes, ADHD, depr…
We invited Kay Grobel and Trillium Chiropractic to do a “lunch and learn” at a recent business meeting. Many members of our group commented on how interesting and informative the presenter was. A lot of people stayed after the Q & A session to ask more questions and set up personal meetings with the Trillium staff. All that information and free lunch, too!
We are always interested in offering activities and programs that improve wellness and overall wellbeing for our employees, so when Kay contact me about the what Finishline Wellness has to offer we were very interested! We had a very positive response to the chair massages and nutrition lunch and learn. I think that everyone involved benefited from it! Thanks!
My good friend Kay Grobel recommended that I come and see Dr. Jim at Finish Line Chiropractic. On my first visit I explained my concern about my sinus issues, and he shared with me that if I got off of dairy, he would guarantee that I would feel better.I did just that and was amazed how much better I felt. I thought if that worked, I would listen to whatever else he told me to do. I decided to have an alcat test to help me find out the right food to be feeding my body. That again was a total sh…
I found the session to be rather informative in regards to items found in foods and what to try to avoid. And which types of foods are better for our bodies. I am really looking forward to making some of the foods from the recipes that were given us – 10 items needed.
