What I live for is my life is my family. My wife is a strong believer of “real foods”, eating healthy and exercising. I thought I already had a head start regarding healthy living before meeting Dr. Gianforte. I was correct, but she explained to me that wise old tail about eating right and exercising just wasn’t enough. Sleep, posture and how your internal body works, all have to be in sync for optimum results. I learned quite a few fun facts about my daily routine and how I can change them to be healthier. I plan to make these changes within my family.
