Dr. Jim Alexander is a wellness based chiropractor who loves to work with families and help them achieve all of their wellness goals. He enjoys optimizing the performance of his practice members through enhanced spine and nervous function, proper nutritional coaching and efficient lifestyle based exercise programs. Dr. Alexander also has a large pediatric practice and loves working with children with Autism, ADHD and emotional and behavioral disorders.

Dr. Ashley Neslund, D.C
Dr. Ashley’s interest and passion for chiropractic began after having a family member benefit significantly from care after being diagnosed with a terminal illness. She enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions and patients of all ages. Since having her own children, Dr. Ashley has completed continuing education in treating pediatric patients, as well as pre and postnatal women. She is passionate about improving the quality of her patients’ lives and educating them on health and wellness.

Dr. Tom Policano
Dr. Tom Policano is the founder of Apogee Wellness in Shoreview, MN. His passion and commitment to chiropractic and wellness come from his own personal experiences. Playing sports all throughout childhood and culminating with playing college baseball, Dr. Tom has experienced a wide range of injuries. The chiropractic lifestyle is what he attributes to "staying on the field" all those years. Dr. Tom was so impressed with the profession he took off his cleats for good in 2007 and enrolled at Northwestern Chiropractic College. Since graduating in 2011 his mission has changed from just helping athletes to helping his whole community live the healthiest lives they can. This is accomplish by teaching his patients and community about Eating Right, Moving Right and Thinking Right.

Emily Walker, CCN, graduated from Iowa State University where she obtained her degree in Nutrition and Food Science. Emily is passionate about helping patients to achieve maximum improved health, weight loss, and overall wellness through nutritional counseling. She is a specialist in weight loss management, nutritional detox and cleanses, and nutritional meal planning. Emily enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and surrounding herself with friends and family. She participated in Semester at Sea where she saw 15 different countries in 4 months. During that time she experienced different cultures, cuisines, and ways of life.
Dr. Jonathan S. Heinz
Dr. Jonathan S. Heinz
Dr. Jonathan S. Heinz is the founder of Lime Valley Chiropractic of Mankato, MN. He is focused on helping practice members obtain their wellness goals through corrective spinal care, weight loss & detox, strength & exercise, and lifestyle changes. Fibromyalgia treatment is a specialty at his clinic. He is a member of The Foundation for Wellness Professionals, Inc., a non-profit organization whose members are specialists in their field of practice. They strive to educate the communities in which they serve on a variety of health care related topics. Dr. John has conducted lectures and workshops on topics such as Understanding Fibromyalgia, Injury Prevention and Safety, and Stress Management, Neurology and Toxicity.

Tressa Weeden-Bootz is a Certified Massage Therapist. She believes the movements of each part function to serve a whole body of motion, and that these can highly impact a person’s ability to adapt to stress. She knows that when your body isn't in top shape, that your entire outlook on life can be affected. She works with clients to develop a wellness plan that will help improve their range of motion, relieve tension, calm their mind, and help them recover from the effects of everyday living! She has over 15,000 hours of experience and advanced specialties including pre-natal and post-natal massage, neck pain and headaches, low-back and hip pain as well as shoulder impingement.
