DID YOU KNOW?

About 108 million people in the U.S. have at least one chronic disease such as heart disease, diabetes, asthma, hypertension or osteoarthritis.
Thank you so much Dr. Ashley and Kay for coming to Heart of the City Dental for a lunch and learn. We all benefited from the talk on ergonomics, enjoyed the massage and lunch and found the posture check to be enlightening. Special Olympics Minnesota invited Dr. James to our workplace to provide a professional development seminar. Healthy living and wellness is a very important focus for our athletes and staff so we appreciate receiving innovative information from experts. Dr. James was very e…
My good friend Kay Grobel recommended that I come and see Dr. Jim at Finish Line Chiropractic. On my first visit I explained my concern about my sinus issues, and he shared with me that if I got off of dairy, he would guarantee that I would feel better.I did just that and was amazed how much better I felt. I thought if that worked, I would listen to whatever else he told me to do. I decided to have an alcat test to help me find out the right food to be feeding my body. That again was a total sh…
As the Marketing Director at Finish Line Wellness, Kay has presented phenomenal qualities needed to produce quality results in this competitive field of wellness and at the highest level of performance required by our company. I have come to know Kay as a great individual performer and a stellar leader. Her unconventional way of thinking contributes to solving practical issues with efficiency. She is creative! I have been blown away again and again by not only her ability to consistently produ…
Kay was very helpful with setting up the event. I had many options on the topic and they were very flexible with the date and time.
What I live for is my life is my family. My wife is a strong believer of “real foods”, eating healthy and exercising. I thought I already had a head start regarding healthy living before meeting Dr. Gianforte. I was correct, but she explained to me that wise old tail about eating right and exercising just wasn’t enough. Sleep, posture and how your internal body works, all have to be in sync for optimum results. I learned quite a few fun facts about my daily routine and how I can change the…
After hosting 24 CPC BNG events, we were a little nervous bringing in a “body” speaker to address our business folks, as most of our speakers have focused on “head and/or heart” topics in the past. Well, Dr.Natalie addressed the whole brain and body and hit it out of the park. She reminded us we cannot serve our God-given missions if we have a weak, unhealthy body. And so much disease comes from what we put in our mouths and lifestyle habits. As we know, obesity, diabetes, ADHD, depr…
In the fall of 2012, Dr. James came to my company for a lecture about food, wellness and toxicity. AsianCircle, an employee resource group, brought him in to educate us in the fall 2012. They were so impressed with the talk and feedback from the employees that they invited him back for a follow-up lecture in May of 2013 during the annual Asian-Pacific American Heritage Month (APAHM). During the month of May, AsianCircle invites different doctors & professionals to talk about different topics on …
I won a Wellness Lunch for my office through a drawing at my fitness studio. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but working with Kay Grobel and Dr. Natalie to set up the event was a breeze. Dr. Natalie’s presentation on nutrition was truly eye-opening to me and all of my co-workers that attended. She presented the information in a clear way and really made everyone in the audience feel at ease. Nutrition is complicated and difficult to understand but Dr. Natalie made it seem not so overwhelming. …
I really like the Dr. Gianforte and the Minnetonka facility. Very nice people and I can’t wait to hear what she has to say and how she can improve my lifestyle.
